Julie Yocca

National Director of Law Enforcement and Strategic Partnerships

Julie Yocca is a program manager with 10 years of experience in supporting national security and law enforcement programs. Before joining MovementForward, Julie worked for the FBI, where her responsibilities included being a member of the National Joint Terrorism Task Force, engaging with local and national law enforcement at every level. During her tenure with the FBI, she lived in Bosnia and Herzegovina supporting the FBI’s Legal Attaché as well as the U.S. Department of State’s Leahy Vetting program, a program with a focus on vetting foreign security forces for violations of human rights.
