No days off for law enforcement during the COVID-19 crisis
In light of the current COVID-19 crisis, law enforcement agencies are at the front lines protecting and serving our communities. Law enforcement officers come into contact with people every day. “It’s not entirely possible for the police to practice social distancing the way community members get to. They, by definition, have to interact with the community” Chuck Wexler, executive director of the Police Executive Research Forum, said in a recent ABC News interview.
We here at MovementForward, Inc. would like to thank all law enforcement officers for all their hard work in these troubling and uncertain times. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
